Repeat guest and experienced fly fisherman Rick Murphy of Colorado Springs, CO. jumped 3 tarpon between 100 to 125 lbs. fishing with a recently renewed shoulder!! Ken and Lee jumped 10 from 90 to 195 lbs. They brought 3 of these to the boat for release. Stan and Dallas jumped 17 tarpon from 100 to 200 lbs. They brought 7 tarpon to the boat for release, as well as catching 2 jacks. Fishing continues to be good, so come bring your friends, and go fishing with us.

Wow, just as we said in our last fishing report, this time of year is really fantastic fishing. Repeat guest Pat Hillard and Owen Scott of Great Britain visited. During their visit they managed to jump 30 tarpon from 80 to 185 lbs. Pat was fly fishing most of the time!! They brought 6 tarpon and 2 jack crevelle to the boat for release. Then just as hurricane Irma was about to reek havoc on our friends and family in Florida, Steven Hindman and Richard Adler of CT along with Francis Farraye of MA visited coming on IGFA auction winning bid. These anglers jumped 20 tarpon from 100 to 180 lbs. They brought to the boat for release 8 tarpon and 1 barracuda. Many time guest Ron Oswald of MN and Gary Fielding of ID fished during this barometric dropping time as well and in 2 days they jumped 14 tarpon between 120 and 175 lbs. We send our thoughts and prayers to all the folks affected by hurricane Irma. Once you're through picking up the debris and putting your lives back together, a trip for some fantastic fishing would really be a treat. Come go fishing with us, the weather is awesome, lots of sunshine, and flat ocean!!
